Sunday's Run From NJ to CT...

Join us this Sunday, September 25th.  I've invited a few other groups to
join us.  I'd love it if some of you high mileage folks would join us!
Especially those of you that came along last year...  But this is open to
anyone with any type of bike.

Rain or shine.  I'll be in the cage if the weather looks extraordinarily bad
because I'm seeing a friend I haven't seen in a year...

We will depart from the Dunkin Donuts on Route 23 North in Pompton Plains,
NJ at 8:00 AM in order to make Plainfield, CT on time for a good lunch.
Total trip miles for the day are looking to be around 350ish...  We will
take a slightly different route each way and do our best to stay on some
very nice but safe roadways. We plan on going over the famous "Frog Bridge" 
in Willimantic, CT on the way home so bring a camera as we will stop for a 
photo op there.  The pace will be whatever the flow of traffic is.  Not much 
faster and sometimes possibly a bit slower to keep whatever size group comes 
along together properly.  Nothing crazy but certainly not boring either.

If you need or simply want to meet us rather than join us at the launch 
point, I think the best way to do that is to simply meet off of Route 395 in 
CT (Exit 84) at the Mobil Gas Station /
Dandy Donuts around noon.  Or we have a 9:00 AM meeting point on Route 84 
(Exit 15) at the Park and Ride in NY State.  eMail me privately and I'll 
give you my cell phone, etc.

Come join us if you can!  Bring anyone you want.  It should be a great day. 
We plan on enjoying life!

P.s. There are some tolls along the way but not many.  All at the very start
of the trip I think...
