Quick (and very late notice) e-mail about The Ride 2008:

As many of you know, The Ride 2008 is happening on July 25-27, 2008.

The good news is that we start selling tickets for The Big Event tomorrow, 
June 15!

If you are free to join us, we will be meeting at the West Orange High 
School along with Allan Houston (yes, Knicks great Allan Houston, the 
basketball player) and The Life Christian Church (www.tlcc.org) for services 
tomorrow morning, 11:00 AM.  Special parking area for bikes set up right by 
the front door...  This event is totally free!  Tickets go on sale at around 
12:30 PM as the event with Allan ends.

Doors open at 10:30 AM for this limited seating event.

Normally, I wouldn't promote a "church" event, but this is the organization 
that the teens we are benefiting this year are most closely associated with 
and Allan Houston is joining us for this special day.  See www.tlcc.org for 
details about the organization if you wish.  Some of the teens will be 
helping us sell our first tickets for The Big Event dinner and Turtle Back 
Zoo celebration on Sunday, July 27th right after the special event with 
Allan Houston.

If you plan on coming out and joining us on that Sunday (July 27) for the 
police escorted ride, Famous Dave's food and celebration inside the Turtle 
Back Zoo, you can get your tickets in just a few hours from when this 
message is being sent!  The cost is $20 per person for the event and it 
includes the following on July 27:

Presentation at 11:00 AM (free)
Participation in the police escorted ride (free)
Entry to Turtle Back Zoo
All-you-can eat Famous Dave's food

Plan on bringing the whole family, friends, kids, etc. to this event!  Trust 
me, this is a great deal and promises to be a great day, rain or shine.  The 
police escorted ride is open to everyone, bikes out front, caravan of others 
following closely behind.

I hope this message reaches many of you in time to join us tomorrow!  If 
not, we will make the tickets available via mail order as well as at various 
other events between now and the end of July.  There *IS* a deadline so
